Louise supports individuals and groups to reach their full potential at work, and in life, through putting physical, mental and emotional health at the heart of performance and wellbeing. She also works with leaders to empower them in the role wellbeing plays in effective and positive leadership, as well as on improving organisational performance and team resilience.

Louise trained as a Corporate Athlete facilitator with the Human Performance Institute in Florida, is an Executive coach (International Coaching Federation accredited), Certified Career Fitness Profiler coach, Sports and Exercise Nutritionist (PN Level 2), and Certified Personal Trainer. She has an MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing, with distinction, and was awarded a competitive scholarship by BP. When Louise is not helping others ignite their own energy, she is often found participating in her other passion – the great outdoors.

Pauline Sanderson BA (associate)

Pauline has had a colourful and extensive career, which adds to her ability to relate to a diverse population at all levels.  Her career kicked off as a barrister in London for six years, which was very rewarding, however she knew that she needed to explore other areas of life so retrained as an outdoor instructor in Wales. This led to heading out to Nepal and becoming the office girl in a small rafting company! After one season she became a director and was responsible for developing and marketing the trekking and mountaineering arm of the company, which gave the business a new lease of life. After four years, love and marriage brought her back to the UK where she worked with a team building company and was responsible for successfully starting the management development arm after showing a passion for this aspect. Love and marriage played a part again (same marriage!) as she moved to Scotland where she became the Marketing Manager for Scotland’s National Outdoor Training Centre, Glenmore Lodge. The business thrived with her energy, creativity and passion.

Pauline is now a development trainer, motivational speaker and author. Pauline delivers our Positive Mindset Management workshops. Her clients include BP and Airbus. Pauline is the personification of a growth mindset! When she is not motivating and inspiring delegates all around Europe, she is off with her husband having adventures in the hills and cafes of the World! Pauline Sanderson Website
