  • Stress Management and Recovery

This highly informative and interactive stress management and recovery workshop offers employees the tools to take their physical, mental and emotional health to the next level.  By the end of the session employees will have a better understanding of stress (what it is and where it comes from);gain a deeper understanding of how stress impacts everyone differently; and how, with the application of some simple and easy to apply tools and techniques, they can positively change their experience around stressful events or situations.With the insights and tools gained on this workshop, attendees will leave feeling more empowered, energised, and in control.

 

  • Movement for Motivation

This interactive and informative workshop focuses on how to increase energy through strategic movement and exercise, as well as positively impact health and wellbeing.  It provides insights into the impact that large amounts of sedentary work can have on the body – physically, mentally and emotionally – and how by moving strategically, we can increase motivation, energy and productivity.  We will look at how to get more strategic movement into the day to stay healthy and energised, and real world tips and techniques to exercise safely, efficiently and time effectively.  Attendees will leave with the motivation to move and exercise more often, both within the workplace and at home.

 

  • Eating for Energy

This educational workshop looks at what is good nutrition, and how it effects health, engagement, and energy.  The nutrition information presented is related to the lifestyles of employees and the demands they face day to day.  Within this workshop we address how what we eat, and when we eat it, can have a significant effect on our health, energy, moods and stress levels both at work and at home.  Attendees will learn how small changes can have a big impact.  Attendees will leave with the tools to tailor their nutrition for improved energy, health and resiliency.

 

  • How to Live Well

Combing the elements of the first three workshops plus more useful tips and techniques for living well and achieving greater work/ life balance.Our physical being is the foundation to good health, whether it’s eating the right foods, getting enough movement, exercising consistently, or allowing the body to recover properly through sleep and deep breathing.  In this workshop you will learn how to physically nourish yourself better, how to achieve a more positive mindset, and how to live a life more aligned to your values to positively impact your health, energy and overall resilience.

 

  • Positive Mindset Management

Having a positive mindset has been proven to enhance our health, happiness, productivity and engagement.  And the good news is, it’s easier to achieve than you think.  Exercising your mind brings the same benefits as exercising your body.  This motivational talk and workshop, delivered by the inspirational Pauline Sanderson, will help your employees flex their mental muscle and explore their built in behavioural tools which can help them adopt a growth mindset. Pauline’s draws on her unique experience of completing the World’s Longest Climb from the Dead Sea to the summit of Mount Everest.  She shares her learning’s and insights that helped to overcome obstacles and challenges she faced both as an individual and as part of a team.  This interactive workshop helps attendees reflect on their own personal and professional challenges and obstacles. They can then start to explore, develop and understand that their mindset management can drive success and fulfil potential.  They will leave with their own toolkit to help them have a lasting mindset for success.

 

Our programmes are co-created and designed with our clients to leverage existing HR, Benefits and Leadership & Talent Development Programmes.  Our health and wellbeing programmes are a great way of bringing your employees together in a fun and engaging environment.  It also promotes team work. The workshops usually consist of a selection of 90 minute topics as a half day programme, or they can be delivered as stand-alone topics.  They are designed to engage, educate, and empower, giving employees the tools to manage their stress and lifestyle in a proactive and real way.
